Yoli MLM: The Attempted Multimillion Dollar Buy Out & What Stopped It
Yoli MLM distributors were shocked to find out founders rejected a massive offer to purchase the blast cap technology. News speak quickly through MLM forums and blogs.
The Yoli Blast Cap technology has been making waves through, not only the MLM community, but also the nutritional beverage industry. Everyone from Monavie to Gatorade have good reason to fear with the upcoming release of the Yoli Blast Cap.
The Yoli MLM founders were approached with not one but THREE large and consecutive offers, all of which were turned down immediately much to the relief of distributors.
So what makes Yoli’s technology so enviable anyway? …
Yoli will be the only nutritional drink supplement that is able to store active ingredients apart from liquid, preventing the need for pasteurization and preservatives among other benefits!
One of Yoli’s founders explained in regards to the attempted purchase “This is what we are dealing with, we have a product that some of the largest corporations want to own” said the Yoli Founder in a recent press release.
The first offer came in at $125 million and was very quickly declined. The rejection was not taken as a no – shortly after a second offer on the rights to the patents for $150 million was bid. Later that same day a second company put in a bid of their own, this time escalating the total to $200 million.
The threat that rivaling companies are feeling was made very clear through these bids, but the attempted buy out made for uneasy distributors as well. Many worried that it would not be long until similar technology and knock offs would enter the market.
Luckily the powers that be and marketing masterminds at the Yoli corporation have covered their bases, since the proposed purchase, Yoli has gained another 4 patents and has an additional 300 pending. Fear not current and potential Yoli MLM distributors – you are in safe hands!
